Biba Fashion Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (“DRHP”) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”).The issue comprises of fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 90 crores and Offer for sale up to 27,762,010 equity shares by Promoter Selling Shareholder and Investor Selling Shareholder. The Company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh Issue towards funding (i) Repayment and /or prepayment of certain borrowings availed by the company estimated to be Rs. 70 crores and (ii) Balance amount towards general corporate purposes.
