(b) consultants (and hospitals), diagnostic and radiology labs,
(c) consumers, and
(d) companies (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical devices)

    Offer price at a very high valuation will not make IPO attractive for investors in the current market situation.Market Response to IPO at a very high PE Ratio will be lukewarm.
