Detailed Chanakya View

Sampark India Logistics operates in the logistics and supply chain services space with a Pan-India branch network and warehouse support. The company caters to multiple industries and provides freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution services.

The company’s financial performance has improved over the last three years. PAT increased from Rs. 2.88 crore in FY2023 to Rs. 8.69 crore in FY2025. EBITDA also improved from Rs. 8.33 crore to Rs. 16.16 crore during the same period.

The valuation appears reasonable, with post-issue P/E of 11.86x and price-to-book value of 2.04. However, logistics is a competitive and working-capital-heavy business where margins are generally thin.

The IPO proceeds will largely be used for working capital requirements, which is relevant for the business model. However, investors should track receivables, debt levels and customer concentration after listing.

Chanakya View: Neutral to Positive. Sampark India Logistics may suit high-risk SME IPO investors looking for exposure to logistics and supply-chain services. Conservative investors
