Company Details
Bagmane Prime Office REIT is a commercial office real estate investment trust focused on owning and managing premium Grade A+ business parks in Bengaluru. The portfolio includes 6 Grade A+ business parks with a total area of 20.3 million sq. ft. and leasable area of 19.6 million sq. ft. with an occupancy of 97.9% as of June 2025.
The REIT has a strong tenant base comprising global companies such as Google, Amazon, Nvidia and other multinational corporations. The business model focuses on long-term leasing, built-to-suit office spaces and expansion within existing parks. The sponsor, Bagmane Group, is a well-established office developer with a strong pipeline across India.
