Objects of the Issue
The company intends to use Rs. 8 crore from the fresh issue for working-capital requirements. Another Rs. 6.60 crore will be deployed towards repayment or prepayment of certain loans, while the remaining amount will support general corporate purposes.
Valuation and Key Ratios
At the upper price of Rs. 113, Sai Urja Indo Ventures will have a post-issue market capitalisation of approximately Rs. 86.32 crore. Diluted EPS is Rs. 4.10, translating into a post-issue P/E ratio of 27.56 times. The price-to-book value is 8.46 times based on NAV of Rs. 20.99.
FY26 ROE and RoNW stood at 42.44%, while ROCE was 50.66%. EBITDA margin was 7.65%, PAT margin was 4.98% and debt-to-equity stood at 0.59. High return ratios are positive, although thin margins and a premium book valuation require caution.
Promoters and Shareholding
The promoters are Harsh Ajaykumar Mittal and Santosh Ajay Kumar Mittal. Promoter-group ownership will decline from 92.87% before the issue to 65.67% afterward. Public shareholding will increase from 7.13% to 34.33%.
Final Assessment
Sai Urja offers consistent growth, strong return ratios, a sizeable order pipeline and recurring industrial-service opportunities. Fresh proceeds for working capital and debt repayment may support execution.
However, investors must weigh the premium valuation, low profit margin, rising borrowings and manpower-intensive operations. The minimum retail application of Rs. 2,71,200 also creates exposure.
Investors may apply selectively if GMP, QIB demand and subscription trends remain supportive. Long-term investors should track project execution, employee costs, receivable collection and cash-flow generation after listing.
