Trualt Bioenergy IPO is a book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of Rs. 750 crore along with an offer for sale of 0.18 crore shares. The IPO will open for subscription on September 25, 2025, and close on September 29, 2025, with allotment scheduled for September 30 and listing on BSE and NSE fixed for October 3, 2025.

Vijaykumar Murugesh Nirani, Vishal Nirani and Sushmitha Vijaykumar Nirani are the company promoters.

The promoters hold 88.20% shares in the post IPO capital of the company.

The Offer comprises of fresh issue of capital & the objects are

+Funding capital expenditure towards setting- up multi-feed stock operations to pave- way for utilizing grains as an additional raw material in ethanol plant at TBL Unit 4 of 300 KLPD capacity. Rs. 150.78 Cr
+Funding our working capital requirements. Rs. 425 Cr.

Business :

Trualt Bioenergy Limited, incorporated in 2021, is among the leading players in India’s biofuel sector with a strong focus on ethanol. With an installed capacity of 2,000 KLPD, it is one of the largest ethanol producers in the country, holding around 3.6% market share as of FY25. The company operates five distillery units in Karnataka, four of which use molasses and syrup-based feedstocks. Through its subsidiary Leafinity, it has also ventured into compressed biogas (CBG) with a 10.20 TPD plant and has signed MoUs with a Japanese gas company and Sumitomo Corporation Asia & Oceania Pte. Ltd. for further capacity expansion. Looking ahead, the company plans to diversify into second-generation ethanol, sustainable aviation fuel, and advanced biochemicals such as Mevalonolactone (MVL).
