Size: The net offer is of Rs. 8.65 Crore/618000 shares. Retail portion is Rs. 4.33 crore and it can get one time subscribed with 309 applications. The size of the IPO is very small, looking to the investor frenzy and one time over subscription may not be an issue.
Financial Snapshot: One negative aspect is stagnant topline during last 3 years. However the company has shown decent profits and with opening of the economy, the travel and visa services are expected to expand exponentially. Another negative aspect is that the company is operating in a highly competitive and fragmented segment. Because of sharp increase in the share capital and also dip in the profits for the year 2023-24, the EPS in the year 2023-24 has declined to Rs. 2.59 as compared to Rs. 9.53 in the previous year. Based on the EPS of 2023-24, the share is offered at high valuation and there is small room for listing gains.
