Hero Fincorp IPO GMP grey market premium, review, Subscription, allotment, listing estimate
Hero Fincorp IPO is a book-built issue of Rs.3,668.13 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs.2,100 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs.1,568.13 crore by existing shareholders.
The IPO dates and price band are yet to be announced, and the allotment date will be updated once finalized.
JM Financial Limited is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime) is the registrar for the issue.
