About the Company:
Established in 1997, Muthoot Fincorp Limited is a non-deposit-taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), primarily engaged in providing personal and business loans secured against gold ornaments and jewelry. These gold loan products are designed to cater to short-term liquidity needs of individuals and businesses alike.
As of September 30, 2024, the company’s gold loan portfolio included approximately 33.79 lakh loan accounts, up from 30.46 lakh accounts as of March 31, 2024.
By December 31, 2024, Muthoot Fincorp operated 3,718 branches across 25 Indian states, including the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
