Chanakya IPO Review – by Paresh Gordhandas, CA & Research Analyst

Ashwini Container Movers operates in a growing logistics sector, supported by its large owned fleet, established client base, and rising profitability.

Revenues have been stable with a sharp jump in HY FY25 profitability, while the debt-equity remains very high, which raises risk levels. The IPO proceeds earmarked for truck purchases improve fleet expansion capability but do not materially reduce leverage.

Valuation at 19.5x post-issue earnings appears reasonable for an asset-heavy logistics player.

Chanakya View:
Moderate-risk investors may consider the IPO for medium-term returns. Listing gains will depend on overall SME sentiment and subscription momentum.
