Chanakya View

Vectras Enprocon offers exposure to oil and gas infrastructure through pipeline and station construction. Financial growth and broadly stable recent margins support the investment case, while proposed borrowing repayment and working capital funding could strengthen execution capacity.

At Rs. 105, the post-issue P/E is approximately 12.97 times FY2026 earnings. The quoted 10.99 times uses annualised September 2026 half-year profit. Valuation therefore appears moderate, although annualisation assumes sustained execution and profitability.

Borrowings have risen alongside business expansion. Project delays, collections and working capital discipline remain important considerations. Investors should also distinguish fresh proceeds available to the company from the promoter OFS.

Chanakya Recommendation: 🟡 Selective Apply

About the Company

Vectras Enprocon is a Gujarat-based EPC contractor serving midstream and downstream oil and gas infrastructure. Its activities include pipeline networks, combined stations and associated mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil works.

The company undertakes engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning for public and private customers across India. Reported execution includes over 3,34,000 inch-dia piping, 785 inch-kilometres of pipelines and four combined stations. It employed 990 people in September 2026. Promoters are Naynesh Kanubhai Patel and Maheshkumar Gopalbhai Patel.

Why This IPO Stands Out

✅ Integrated capabilities across pipeline and station project execution.
✅ Experience serving public and private oil and gas customers.
✅ Pipeline order book of Rs. 183.28 crore in September 2026.
✅ Half-year EBITDA margin remained close to FY2026 levels.
✅ Proposed debt repayment can reduce financing pressure.

Key Risks

⚠ Project execution depends on approvals, site availability and coordination.
⚠ Delayed collections can increase working capital and borrowing requirements.
⚠ Oil and gas sector dependence limits industry diversification.
⚠ Station and pipeline order-book figures carry different reporting dates.
⚠ SME liquidity and the substantial minimum application increase investment risk.

Financial Snapshot (Rs. Crore)

Particulars FY26 FY25 FY24
Total Income 119.90 80.53 54.37
EBITDA 24.01 15.05 8.67
PAT 15.43 10.17 5.81
Net Worth 37.75 22.32 12.15
Borrowings 22.21 11.87 4.16

Chanakya Interpretation

FY2026 income increased approximately 49%, while PAT rose 52%. September 2026 half-year income reached Rs. 72.20 crore, with PAT of Rs. 9.10 crore. However, borrowings climbed to Rs. 31.36 crore, making cash conversion important.

Fresh proceeds earmark Rs. 14 crore for debt repayment and Rs. 20 crore for working capital. These allocations support existing operations rather than establish a new manufacturing platform. Efficient deployment should help execution, but future earnings will depend on order conversion and payment realisation. The OFS proceeds accrue to selling promoters.

Chanakya View

Consider selectively if comfortable with project-based earnings and SME liquidity constraints. Listing-focused applicants should examine subscription quality and verified premium trends.

Chanakya Final Verdict

Vectras combines specialised execution capabilities with an expanding operating scale. Fresh capital should support project delivery and reduce part of its financing burden. However, a stronger balance sheet after fundraising does not automatically ensure better cash generation.

The investment case requires disciplined bidding, timely completion and dependable customer payments. Investors should monitor receivables, borrowing levels and operating cash flows alongside reported profits. A measured allocation is preferable to relying on annualised earnings or anticipated listing premiums alone.
