Fractal Analytics IPO – Review

Fractal Analytics IPO offers exposure to a globally scaled enterprise AI and analytics platform with over two decades of operating history. FY25 marked a strong profitability turnaround supported by operating leverage and improved execution.

However, the IPO is priced at a steep valuation, and a large portion of the issue is OFS, limiting immediate balance-sheet benefits. While investments in AI platforms, R&D and Fractal Alpha provide long-term optionality, earnings remain sensitive to global tech spending cycles.
