Godrej Properties sells Rs. 2,690 cr homes at Kandivali project

Godrej Reserve has a developable potential of 3.72 million square feet with an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs.7,000 crore (on the basis of the current business assumptions).
The realty company said this project has significant unlaunched inventory remaining, which it plans to sell in the coming years. Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd. gained over 4% to hit a day’s high of Rs.2,512.95 on Friday
