Size: The net size of the IPO is Rs. 39.89 Cr comprising of 1757400 shares. Considering the recent IPO trends and hunger of the investors, the IPO is not very large, and it can get oversubscribed without any problem. With just 1025 applications, the retail portion will get oversubscribed one time. The HNI portion is just Rs. 5.98 Cr, so huge oversubscription possible.
Financial Snapshot: The primary revenue of the company is generated from the sales of artificial flowers, plants & leaves. It is surprising that the company earns so large amount from such business.
