The company primarily engages in the distribution of various plastic-based products such as Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film, Polyester Films, Cast Polypropylene (CPP) films, Plastic granules, Inks, Adhesives, Masterbatches, Ethyl Acedate, and Titanium Dioxide. In addition, the company is a Del Credere Associate (DCA) Dealer Operated Polymer Warehouse (DOPW) of Indian Oil Corporation Limited for their polymer division.
It is dealer of various companies for distribution of plastic based products. In addition to distribution business in the plastic-based products, the company has one (1) subsidiary company namely Cool Caps Industries Limited, an NSE SME Listed company and four (4) Step down wholly owned subsidiary companies namely Purv Technoplast Private Limited, Purv Packaging Private Limited, Purv Ecoplast Private Limited and Re.act Waste Tech Private Limited.

Size: Net size of the IPO is Rs. 37.74 Cr which is some what on larger side, looking to current trend of the SME IPOs. The retail portion is Rs. 13.21 Cr and HNI portion is just Rs. 5.66 Cr. With just 1163 applictions, retail portion will be one time subscribed.
Financial Angle: In the 3 years, prior to the IPO, the total income and net profits have shown steady rise, except sharp rise in the net profits in the year 2022-23. If the company can maintain its profits of the year 2022-23, then the IPO is reasonably priced.
Guidance: Before few months, the group had entered the capital market with SME IPO of Cool Caps ltd and the said IPO was successful. The promoters seem to have learnt the pulses of the investors. So now there is another IPO. The business of this company has nothing unique, yet the premium in the grey market prevails at Rs. 125 Vs. Issue price of Rs. 71. Fundamentally, we do not find this IPO quite attractive, however based on GMP, you may apply.
