    The company is an integrated service provider in hospitality and real estate sector. The Company provides restaurant and hotel services. The Company, with the leadership of our Directors, hand
    baggedIndia’s first single largest valued auction in co-operative sector in 2007 through which the Company got it’s first project of “Hotel Ranjeet”. Originally the hotel had 1 (one) Restaurant, 3 (three) Banquets and 22 (twenty two) Rooms. The hotel is located at a prime location with footholds of famous personalities. It is located in Bhandarkar road, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune and built on an area of about 9,423 sq. ft. i.e. 1170 Sq. meters. The hotel offers multicuisine restaurants, two floors equipped with banqueting facilities, swimming pool, gym and along with a spa. The Hotel also has private dining spaces, and exclusive open-air lawn spaces for banquets. The hotel is situated on the ground floor with approx. 2500 sq.ft. of covered space and 4500 sq.ft. of open space on the left side and back side of
    the building premises.

    Its hotel platform emphasizes on strategic locations, efficient design and development, appropriate positioning in hotel segments together with branding and operational tie-ups with leading hospitality
    companies. It uses its experience to actively manage the hotel assets to drive performance. In addition, the Group has developed commercial and retail spaces, in close proximity to certain of its hotels.
    It has developed its hotels at prominent locations with high barriers-to-entry and in large density business districts of their respective metro cities, according to the Horwath report. It generally develops its hotels on large land parcels, allowing it to accommodate a greater number of rooms, as well as provide a wide range of amenities, such as, fine dining and multicuisine restaurants, large banquet and outdoor spaces. It endeavours to build its hotels to superior standards targeting the luxury-upper upscale and upscale hotel segments in a efficient gross built up area and development cost per key.
    It believes it has a competitive advantage in the cities of Pune and Mumbai extending upto the district of Palghar.It follows an active asset management model for its hotels operated by third parties, pursuant to which it closely monitors, and exercises regular oversight over the performance of its hotel properties.
