GREY MARKET – MORNING REPORT

ICICI AMC – GMP Rs. 120

After yesterday’s dip, GMP has recovered to Rs. 120, indicating an estimated listing near Rs. 2295. However, operator interest remains weak and volumes are declining across major centres like Mumbai, Rajkot and Ahmedabad. Mood is cautious and a slow decline trend persists.

Park Medi World – GMP Rs. 14

GMP cooled from Rs. 29 in the morning to Rs. 22 now, yet still implies a listing near Rs. 184. Subscription remains very low at 0.56x, but Rajkot–Delhi circles expect strong listing gains due to light float. Sentiment not strong, but risk-takers are active.

Corona Remedies – GMP Rs. 290

GMP corrected to Rs. 290, pointing to an indicative listing around Rs. 1352. Despite huge subscription (144.54x), trader sentiment has weakened sharply; thin volumes across most centres and fear of further GMP fall persists. Fancy remains low.

Any scope for further fall in I CICI GMP? I believe FIIs andDIIS will hugely oversubscribe the IPO and then sharp rally expected on listing.

Adequate subscription not expected in Fujiyama and Capillary, since both IPOs donot have any fancy in the grey market.
