Ken Enterprises Limited, established in 1998, is a textile manufacturing company specializing in a wide range of fabric production.

The company manufactures fabrics for diverse applications, including apparel, industrial, technical, shirtings, and home furnishings. It focuses primarily on the production of greige fabrics, outsourcing the manufacturing of these fabrics to third-party service providers on a job-work basis. These third-party manufacturers are based in and around Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra—one of the key fabric weaving hubs in India—thereby expanding the company’s production capacity.

Ken Enterprises’ business model prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction. The company supplies both greige and finished fabrics on a made-to-order basis, with offerings that include greige, dyed (outsourced), printed, and RFD/PFD fabrics.

The company operates two manufacturing units, located in Shirol Taluka, near Ichalkaranji. These units cover a combined area of around 50,000 square feet and are equipped with the necessary machinery for efficient production.

Ken Enterprises Limited, established in 1998, is a textile manufacturing company specializing in a wide range of fabric production.

It has an asset-light business model, capitalizing on the fabric weaving ecosystem in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra. This approach enables it to produce a diverse range of cotton and multi-fiber fabrics for both domestic and international markets.

The company has achieved many prestigious milestones and received several accolades, including the prestigious Texprocil Export Award. It started exports, recognizing the contribution of the company in the textile industry. It operates as a design-to-delivery solutions provider for both greige and finished fabrics catering to the domestic as well as export markets. The company’s focus on design to delivery, product development, commitment to excellence, sustainability and timely delivery has established it as one of the prominent players in the textile industry. It exports regular and sustainable greige and finished fabrics in 10+ number of countries. It is approved vendors for leading international brands such as ZARA (Inditex Group), Target and Primark.

So, business aspect appears to be good. However, if we look at the financial aspect, the net profit during 2023-24 has sharply moved up to Rs. 8.93 crore on turnover of Rs. 409 crores as compared to net profit of Rs.2.36 crore on turnover of Rs. 360 crores during 2021-22. As on 31 March 2024, the company has very level of inventory (Rs. 112.54 Crore), trade-receivable of Rs. 106 crore and short term borrowings + trade payables of Rs. 193 crores.
