Founded in January 2005, Barflex Polyfilms Limited specializes in the production of COEX films, laminates, and labels. The company manufactures flexible packaging materials tailored for a wide range of industries, including FMCG, processed foods, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, engineering applications, construction, and more.
Barflex Polyfilms serves a diverse customer base, with a strong presence among renowned domestic brands across various sectors.
The company offers a variety of products, including 3-layer and 5-layer poly films, laminates, vacuum pouches, bulk liners, and PVC shrink labels. With plans to introduce 7-layer films post-expansion, Barflex aims to solidify its position as the preferred packaging partner for its customers.
Barflex operates three manufacturing facilities in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
As of May 31, 2024, the company employs 182 individuals, including 102 full-time employees and 80 contract workers.

The company manufactures flexible packaging materials tailored for a wide range of industries, including FMCG, processed foods, adhesives, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, engineering applications, construction, and more. The size of the IPO Rs. 37.41 crore(net) is somewhat large. The retail portion of the IPO consists of RS13.09 crore and with 1091 applications, the retail portion can get one time subscribed.
The company has clean and sound balace sheet. Its trade receivable, debtors, trade payables & inventories are at reasonable level & there appears to be no manipulation. The shares are offered at reasonable and attractive valuation and there is enough room for listing gains and as long-term returns.
