Sodhani Capital Limited was incorporated in 1992 and is engaged in the financial services business. The company is primarily active in distribution of financial products, with special focus on Mutual Funds for retail investors and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), helping them achieve their long-term financial goals.
The company has built a strong presence in Jaipur through regular investor seminars, personal consultations and awareness programs. In addition, it conducts webinars and offers digital services to reach a wider investor base. Sodhani Capital has also established partnerships with leading Asset Management Companies, thereby offering its clients a wide choice of mutual fund schemes across categories.
Business Model: The company operates on three core pillars – Customer Centric Approach, Technology Integration and Strong Governance. Its hybrid model, which blends physical presence with digital platforms, allows it to effectively cater to investors from Tier-II and Tier-III cities, thereby tapping into India’s emerging retail participation story.
